We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.

Fees and Charges

Secure24x7 will charge shipping and handling fees on most of the equipment sent out to you within the United States only. We do offer FREE shipping on certain order that meets the requirements. Since we work closely with all our clients on their needs and allows multiple changes to the quotes once you accept it and do not pay the Invoice or complete the order, you will require to pay 5% restocking fees. All items are subject to a 5% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
